PSW비자 동반자가 영국에서 취업비자로 전환이 가능한지 궁금하시군요?

안됩니다.
T4G학생비자와 그 동반비자 소지자는 T2G취업비자로 전환이 영국에서 가능하지만, PSW비자 소지자의 동반자는 이민국이 명시한 전환가능자 명단에 없습니다.
따라서 한국으로 가셔서 T2G취업비자를 신청하여 재입국하여야 할 것입니다. 물론 남편도 동반비자를 신청하려면 함께 가던지 추후에 가던지 한국에서 동반비자를 신청해야 할 것입니다.

이민국이 T2G비자 신청이 가능한다고 말하는 현재 비자소지자들의 리스트입니다.

The categories you can switch from

You can switch into Tier 2 (General) from the following immigration categories:

any Tier 1 category

any Tier 2 category

any Tier 4 category

dependent partner of a Tier 4 migrant

Tier 5 (Temporary worker - government authorised exchange), as an overseas qualified nurse or midwife (if you meet the full Tier 2 points requirement and have completed your registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council)

Highly Skilled Migrant Programme

innovator

Fresh Talent: Working in Scotland Scheme;

International Graduate Scheme (or its predecessor, the Science and Engineering Graduate Scheme)

qualifying work permit holder

Jewish agency employee

member of the operational ground staff of an overseas-owned airline

minister of religion, missionary or member of a religious order

overseas qualified nurse or midwife

person writing up a thesis

postgraduate doctor or dentist

representative of an overseas business

representative of an overseas newspaper, news agency or broadcasting organisation

student

student nurse

student re-sitting an examination

student union sabbatical officer

If you are not in any of these categories, you must leave the UK and make a new application at your local entry clearance post.

Switching from a post-study category

You can claim 30 points if you are switching from:

Tier 1 (Post-study work); or

the Fresh Talent: Working in Scotland Scheme; or

the International Graduate Scheme (or its predecessor, the Science and Engineering Graduate Scheme); and

You must have worked for your current sponsor for at least six months immediately before the date of your application. You must be applying to continue to work for your sponsor in the same job you are doing on the date of your application.

If you have not worked for your potential sponsor for at least six months before you apply, your sponsor will have to meet the resident labour market test unless the job is on the shortage occupation list. You will not be able to claim points for switching from a post-study category, but can claim points if your sponsor has met the resident labour market test.

제가 취업이 되서 취업비자를 신청하려면 한국에서 신청해야 하나요?
남편도psw 비자에서 취업비자의 동반비자로 바꿀경우도 같이 한국에서 신청해야 하는지 궁금합니다.
제가 알기로 학생비자의 동반비자가 취업시 현지에서 상호전환이 되는 걸로 알고 있는데요..psw 비자는 어떻게 되는지 궁금합니다.
