영국이민센터입니다.

그래픽 디자인너로서 직업부족군에 속한지 궁금하시군요?

일반적으로 그래픽디자이너는 직업부족군에 속하지 않습니다.
그리고 업종별 레벨에서도 4로 구분되어 있어 취업비자가 안됩니다.

그렇지만, 일부의 그래픽디자인 부분의 업무자는 직업부족군으로 분류되어 있어서 레벨 4이지만 취업비자가 가능한 업무 분야가 있습니다.
이에 대해서는 아래 내용을 참고 바랍니다.

ㅁ 중요한 것은 영국회사로부터 잡오퍼를 받을 수 있느냐가 관건인데, 해외에서 이력서를 보내서 영국으로 인터뷰를 오라고 하는 경우는 매우 드믄 경우이고 거의 없다고 보시면될 것입니다.
영국내에 있는 영국대학 졸업자들도 취업비자를 주겠다고 하면 이력서를 많이 내기 때문입니다. 그런 경우는 ISC비용을 회사가 면제 받습니다.

그러나 해외에서 취업비자를 받아서 들어와야 하는 경우는 회사는 ISC비용을 1820파운드 혹은 5000파운드를 영국정부에 내야 채용이 가능하기 때문입니다.

확실하게 알고싶어서 문의드립니다.

부족직업군 리스트에 있는 직업중

라고 명시가 되어있는데 정확히 "compositing artist / matte painter / modeller / rigger / stereo artist /
texture artist" 이 중으로 잡타이틀이 정확해야하나요?

제가 헷갈리는 점이
Immigration Rules Appendix J: codes of practice for skilled work 에서 보면

[3421 Graphic designers]
Example job tasks:
• liaises with client to clarify aims of project brief, discusses media, software and technology to be
used, establishes timetable for project and defines budgetary constraints;
• undertakes research into project, considers previous related projects and compares costs of using
different processes;
• prepares sketches, scale drawings, models, colour schemes and other mock-ups to show clients and
discusses any required alterations;
• prepares specification and instructions for realisation of the project;
• liaises with other parts of the production team to ensure graphic design fits with other elements,
processes and timescales;
• produces or oversees creation of the final product.

라고 되어 있는데 저기서 보면 제 타이틀이 Graphic Artist에 훨씬 가깝거든요(이것도 100% 정
확하진 않지만 만약 취업 오퍼를 받는다면 Graphic Artist 타이틀로 적어서 비자 신청하면 되는
건가요?)
그리고 RQF 3이여도 부족직업군에 있기 때문에 RQF 6가 아니여도 어드벤티지(?)적용 되어서
비자 신청할 수 있는 건가요?

그리고 부족직업군에 속해있는 직업들같은 경우에도 minimum salary rate이 적용되어야 하나
요? 이 minimum salary rate은 나이/레벨에 상관이 없나요? 예를들어 저는 만26세 이상이고 주니
어 타이틀로 지원을 한다면 비자 신청하기가 힘든가요?
