영국 취업비자를 받기 전에
비자신청하기 위한 순서표와 같은 것인 스폰서쉽증서 CoS할당을 영국이민국으로 부터 받아야 합니다.

2011년 3월 CoS할당 심사결과를 3월 9일자로 신청자들에게 통보 했습니다.
3월에는 직업부족군과 비직업군 모두 32,000파운드 연봉에서 커트라인이 결정되었습니다. 즉, 32k이상을 연봉으로 책정된 CoS할당 신청서는 심사를 통과한 것입니다. 그러나 그 미만 연봉을 책정한 신청자들의 신청서는 모두 폐기됩니다.

4월 CoS예상은
연봉이 낮거나 여러가지 사유로 지난 몇 개월간 cos를 할당받지 못한 사람들을 해결하기 위해서 영국이민국은 올해 4월에 CoS를 평소의 4개정도인 4200개 cos를 풀겠다고 했습니다.
따라서 cos신청자들의 연봉이 28k로 내려올 수 있고, 신청자가 그렇게 많이 몰리지만 않으면 24k까지도 기대 해 볼 수 있을 것으로 보입니다.

4월 cos할당신청서는 3월 24일까지 이민국 스폰서쉽분과에 도착한 것 까지 포함됩니다. 따라서 가능한 3월 18일 금요일까지는 cos신청서를 보내야 안전하게 4월 cos할당심사를 받을 수 있을 것입니다.

TIER 2 (GENERAL) – REQUEST FOR INITIAL/ADDITIONAL ALLOCATION OF CERTIFICATES OF SPONSORSHIP

Your request for an initial/additional allocation of Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) has now been considered by a panel of managers from the Sponsorship Unit. The panel awarded additional allocations of CoS to sponsors with posts meeting the following criteria:

Shortage Occupation posts with salaries of £32,000 per annum and above

ㅁ

Non- shortage occupation posts with salaries of £32,000 per annum and above

You have been awarded 1 Tier 2 (General) CoS.
This is the full amount of CoS that you requested and should only be used to fill the post for

£33,500.
Your Sponsor Management Account has been updated and you are now able to assign these CoS.

Failure to use the CoS for the post(s) and salar(s) detailed above will result
in future requests for exceptional consideration being refused and further
compliance action being undertaken which could result in the withdrawal of
your sponsor licence.

From 6 April 2011 we propose making further changes to the Tier 2 eligibility criteria
and also introduce an annual limit on migrant numbers.

It is important to note that any CoS issued under the interim limit must be assigned
by you to a migrant before 6^th April 2011.
If the CoS is not assigned by this date,
it will be cancelled and; if the job is ‘restricted’ you will have to apply for a restricted CoS
under the revised criteria.

under the proposed annual limit.
